Rewarding the Healthy Way
120g sufficient for approximately 7–20 days
300g sufficient for approximately 2–8 weeks
900g sufficient for multiple horses
How can you reward your horse deliciously while avoiding sugar? Especially when practicing circus tricks or clicker training, the amount of treats can add up significantly within half an hour. If you also have a horse with a known sensitivity to starch or sugar, or even with pronounced metabolic disorders, finding a suitable low-calorie treat that is still tasty enough to motivate participation can be challenging.
The recipe for our new OKAPI DeLight Clickerlis took us quite some effort, but our "test eaters" were thrilled! We rely on a particularly low-sugar, broad meadow herb blend, combined with whole psyllium seeds, which provide the necessary binding while still being "low-calorie." A little carrot juice and a hint of honey add the "delicious factor" that makes them super tasty despite their "light composition" and encourages peak performance. The Clickerlis are shaped in such a way that they can be easily broken into the right size—from very small for "minis" to medium-sized for the "beloved chubby ones."
Fine, light herbs refined with carrot juice and honey motivate top performance with minimal calories.
OKAPI DeLight Clickerlis contain only natural ingredients and are lovingly handcrafted in our bakery. Our proven summer herb blend, combined with carrot juice and honey, makes them a sought-after yet low-calorie snack. OKAPI DeLight Clickerlis can be easily broken down and are ideal for circus tricks or clicker training.
Depending on the horse's basic feed and workload, use as a reward or as an alternative to concentrated feed.
